If you're going to mess with water levels and you already have... Please do so in a natural fashion, by observing and following the historic trends for the Lakes, and restore saginaw bay to it former levels, instead of the wasteland of dry spawing beds it is today. Come to Linwood and look around, you'll see what I mean.
